The III International exhibition “FoodExpo” will take place in the Exhibition Complex of Odessa Sea Commercial Port on October 6 – 8, 2010. The aim of that high-profile exhibition forum is the demonstration of achievements of food and processing industries in Ukraine, development of international collaboration in these spheres, attraction of investor’s funds for implementation of advanced technologies and technical reequipment of Ukrainian enterprises of food industry and thus assistance to development of Ukrainian entrepreneurial business. The organizer place high emphasis on attracting small and middle business enterprises, which are of large importance in providing with foodstuffs.
Together with “OdessaFoodExpo” will take place VIII international specialized exhibition of “FoodTech 2010”, which will show technologies and equipment for food and beverages producing, X international specialized exhibition “Tare&Packing” and the XII international specialized exhibition of “Trade Equipment”. Such a combination of themes allows solving in complex the questions of technological equipment, products packaging and storage choice.
In the context of the exhibition will take place the International Scientific Conference “Food Technologies 2010” and "Bakery products". The organizers are: Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies and Exhibition Center “Odessa Home”. The Conference is held under support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Odessa Regional State Administration, International Industrial Academy (Moscow, Russia). The Conference will cover issues of current importance of foodstuffs producing; new technical and technological solutions in processing of food raw materials; equipping of food plants; modern kinds of foodstuffs packaging, introducing of NASSR quality control system to food enterprise and others.
